LATE MR. W. TAPP
The funeral of the late Mr. William Tapp took place on Wednesday. Rev. C. Rule conducted a service at the St. Marys Methodist Church, and also at the grave. There was a large attendance of relatives, workmates from the Cornwall colliery, and representatives from the St. Marys Brass Band.
Four bandsmen in uniform were pallbearers. The late Mr. Tapp was well known in the district, where he had lived for the greater part of his life.
He is survived by his wife and a family of grown-up sons and daughters.
