Negligent Driving.
George James Price was charged with, having on May 23 in .Campbell Street, Hobart, driven a motor-car in a negligent manner. He pleaded guilty.
Inspector Bush stated that defendant, who was the holder of a permit to drive at the time, had collided' with a tram in endeavouring to pass between it and the footpath.
A fine'of 5s., costs remitted, was imposed.
