Price v. Price
William Edward Price, who was represented by Mr C. Chant, petitioned for divorce from Gladys Irene Price, on the grounds of desertion. Mr F. J. Wilmshurst (Ogilvie, McKenria,- and Co.) appeared for the respondent as to the custody of a child.
The petitioner said the marriage took place in 1914, and they lived on Bruny Island, and at Eaglehawk Neck, and Woodbridge. His wife left him on
December 8 1939 and told him she would not return. He had no objection to the child. remaining with his"
wife as long as it was cared for.
His Honor ordered. that the ' question of the custody of the youngest child be reserved, with liberty to either counsel to bring the matter before the
Court. -. . .
