CARTER.-On February 5, 1919, At the General Hospital, Hobart, Arthur Joseph, dearly boloved husband of Madge, and third eldest, son of Henry and Johanna Carter, of 53 Darcy-street, South Hobart, aged 39 years, after a short and painful illness.
