FUNERAL OF MR. J. HONEY.
The remains of the late Mr James
Honey, son of the late Mr James
Honey, sen., who had settled as a farmer in the Sorell district in 1823 previous to deceased's arrival in the colony, were interred at Cornelian Bay Cemetery yesterday in the presence of his relatives, the obsequies being private. The Rev C W Wilson of St James's Church, conducted the service, and at its conclusion Mr T. W. Hopkins of the Derwent Regiment Band
sounded the "Last Post " over the
grave. The arrangements were carried out by Messr Alex Clark and son Ltd.
On Thursday deceased's, oldest friend the late Dr. Dinham was interred in the same cemetery. Many condolences were received from friends residing in the State and on the mainland
