PRICE v. PRICE,
- Marjorie Clare' Price sought a dissolution -of her -marriage with Thomas Walter Price, and was represented by Mr. C. Chant.
Marjorie Clare Price said. was married to respondent in 1914, and lived with him at Nubeena, and several places in Hobart. There were four children.- -They were! happy for some months,-but just before the birth of their first.child in 1916 they quarrelled,
and he struck her. He struck her on many occasions, afterwards, and several times left her, giving her nothing to support the family. An order was made granting maintenance to her children; but she had received nothing for herself for 10 or 11 years; .
A decree his! was granted.
