LIFFEY
A SOCIAL evening was held in the
Liffey Baptist Church when opportunity was taken to make a presentation to Pastor and Mrs. A.
Menzies and Miss Margaret Menzies, who are leaving the district. Mrs.C. Preece handed to Mr. and Mrs.Menzies a casserole in a silver stand and all envelope containing notes.
Mr. Menzies has been pastor at Liffey and Bracknell for more than five years and will be missed very much especially in the Sunday school and at prayer meetings. At the close of the evening supper was served.
