Mr. G. W. Waterhouse appeared for the petitioner, Alfred Granger, in this case, which was a petition for dissolution of his marriage with Annie Granger on the ground of her adultery with John Wright.
The evidence of petitioner and the affidavits of other witnesses, proved that the parties were married, and lived at Table Cape, where the respondent committed adultery with the co-respondent, and had since lived with him as his wife.
The rule nisi was granted, returnable after the expiration of six months. The Court rose at 1-20 p.m.
