The Late Mrs. Emma Fitzmaurice.
The burial of the late Mrs. Emma Fitzmaurice, Chudleigh, took place at
Deloraine on Tuesday, Rt. Rev. Mon signor Monaghan officiating at the
graveside. Deceased was very well known in Deloraine at one time, and
was the relict of the late Mr. John Fitzmaurice, who in the early days was
a coachman for the late Mr. J. Huett, who had the contract for carrying the
Royal Mail from Deloraine to the North-West Coast. Chief mourners
were six sons, Messrs. J.. G., M.. A.. M. and F. Fitzmaurice, Miss M. Fitzmaurice, and Mrs. J. Hyde (daughters).
The funeral arrangements were carried out by Mr. B. J. Cameron.

CHUDLEIGH.
Old Resident Passes:
The late Mrs. Emma Fitzmaurice, who passed away at Chudleigh recently at the age of 82 years, was the oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Wilson, late of Chudleigh, and the wife of Mr. John Fitzmaurice. The funeral,
which took place at the Deloraine general cemetery, was well attended. The
chief mourners were the four sons, Messrs. Tas., Mark., Luke and Michael;
daughters, Mrs. J. Hyde, and Miss M. Fitzmaurice; son-inlaw, Mr. J. Hyde;
daughter-in-law, Mrs. D. E. Fitzmaurice; brother, Mr. J. Wilson; niece, Mrs.
A. Morris, nephews, Messrs. C. Wilson, and E. J. Morris; and W. Hyde, T. L.
Fitzmaurice and Leah and Julia Fitzmaurice (grandchildren). The carriers
were the four sons, Messrs. Tas, Mark, Luke and Michael Fitzmaurice.
