Regret was expressed throughout the St. Marys district when it was
known that Mr. Louis John Bushing had died on Monday morning, after a
short illness. Mr. Bushing lived nearly all his life at German Town, where his
parents settled when they came to Tasmanian 60 years ago. He was highly respected and well known for his willingness to assist a good cause. Deceased leaves a grown-up family of four, three sons, Messrs. Louis, Harold, and Hilton, and one daughter, Grace.
Mrs. Bushing died two years ago.
