TWO MEN DROWNED.

BRISBANE, Monday.--The yacht; Thisbe
foundered in heavy weather off Mandurah
on Saturday morning. Captain Jones and
another man were drowned.

JONES.---In sad but loving memory of our
dear son and brother, James Melvin (Jim),
who was accidentally drowned in a yachting
disaster off Mandurah, W.A., on December 24,
1904 (Christmas Eve), late of Hastings.
