LEWIS- On 25th November 1918, at the residence of her daughter, Mrs H.Price, 128 Harrington St. (formerly Alberta Cordelia Lewis) Helen Alice, relict of the late Henry Lewis and beloved mother of Private Roy L. lewis on active service. In her 67th year of her age. Interred at Queenborough Cemetery on Tuesday 26th instant.
