at Lebrina, Launceston, after their
wedding at the Baptist Tabernacle
on Saturday night. The bride was

SATIN GOWN
The wedding was celebrated at the Baptist Tabernacle. Cimitiere St , on Saturday of Rita Joyce Tapp, youngest daughter of ' Mr.
and Mrs. C. A. Tapp, Balfour St., Launceston, and Gordon Spencer, fourth son of Mr. and Mrs. George Spencer, Bracknell.
Th bride's frock was of white satin trimmed with silver sequins.
Her veil lent by Mrs. K. Loo. of I Railton, was of net and was held with a' coronet of orange blossom.
The bride carried a bouquet of white stocks and chrysanthemums, she was given away by her father. Bridesmaids were Miss Betty
Tapp, sister of the bride; and Miss Mary
Spencer cousin of the Bride groom; - ,
They wore frocks of heavenly blue
satin and blue hats pink carnations were in their posies. Cushion bearer was Barbara Wallace, Her long while frock was of Japanese silk.
Mr. Ray Spencer and Mr. A. T, Spencer, brothers of the groom, were best man and groomsman respectively.
Pastor M. Kingdom, of the Elphin Rd. Baptist Church, performed the ceremony and 54 guests were entertained to a reception at Lebrina.

The bride's mother wore a maroon frock topped with a brown coat. Her hat and accessories were brown.
The 'groom's mother wore a black frock and hat with blue trimmings. For travelling the bride wore a frock of figured linen and a green Donegal tweed coat. The honey-moon ls being spent at Devonport.
Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Spencer will make their home in Bracknell.
