     Convict James Jordan - Sheridan was born in 1756 at Dublin, Tipperary, Ireland. Hewas transported on 11 April 1791 on the convict transport ship 'Queen' from England to Australia. He arrived 26 September 1791 on the convict transport ship 'Queen' in Australia from England. He married Convict Mary Butler in 1792 at Norfolk Island. Convict James Jordan - Sheridan arrived 26 August 1792 on the convict transport ship 'Atlantic' on Norfolk Island. He on 1 February 1797 was granted a Pardon. He arrived in 1813 in Longford, Van Diemen's Land, Australia. He moved from Norfolk Island with family. He died on 8 February 1840 at White Hills, Van Diemen's Land, Australia.

     Her married name was Jordan Sheridan. Convict Mary Butler was born on 23 September 1769 at Binfield, Berkshire, England. She lived in October 1787 at 45 Cable Street, St George, Middlesex, England. This is where Mary resided at the time of the crime. Known in the court documents as a house of 'ill repute.' She wassentenced to 7 years for stealing in 1789 at Middlesex Gaol Delivery, Middlesex, England. Shewas transported in June 1789 on the convict transport ship 'Lady Julianna' from England to Australia. She arrived 31 January 1790 on the convict transport ship 'Lady Julianna' in Sydney, New South Wales Australia from England. She arrived 7 August 1790 on the convict transport ship 'Surprise' on Norfolk Island from New South Wales. She married Convict James Jordan - Sheridan in 1792 at Norfolk Island. Convict Mary Butler died on 31 August 1812 at Longford, Van Diemen's Land, Australia, at age 42.

     Johanna Leary was christened on 1 March 1839 at Roman Catholic Church, Dromtariff, Cork, Ireland. She was born on 1 March 1839 at Cork, Ireland. She immigrated in 1857Johanna and siblings came to Tasmania on the 'Persian'. Dennis Leary was sent to Tasmania on the 'Rodney'(3) in 1853 and the children followed. The children were quarantined at Impression Bay because of Typhoid Fever which had broken out not long after the ship departed. She arrived 1857 on the ship 'Persian' in Hobart, Tasmania, Australia with brother Timothy and sisters Mary and Honora, unknown where there mother was, father had arrived on the'Rodney' in 1853 and children followed on there own. Shewas in 1857 at Impression Bay, Tasmania, Australia, Quarantined on arrival due to Typhiod fever that had broken out not long after their ship set sail. She lived in 1903 at Golden Valley, Tasmania, Australia. She died on 23 June 1912 at 218 Campbell Street, Hobart, Tasmania, Australia, at age 73 Cause of death Senile and Cardiac. She was buried circa 24 June 1912 at Cornelian Bay Cemetery and Crematorium, Tasmania, Australia.
