     Thomas Mark Denne was born in 1849 at Hackney, London, England, Thomas Mark, born Q2 1849 in Hackney (reg Shoreditch.) He was baptized on 10 June 1849 at Shoreditch, London, England.1 He was baptized on 10 June 1849 at St John’s Church, Shoreditch, London, England. He was Leather collar manufacturer circa 1871 at London, England.2 He appeared in the 1871 census living at London, England. A student living with his parents in 1871, aged 21, he later became a (leather) collar manufacturer, possibly taking over/adapting his father’s business; no obvious 1881 or 1891 census entry; at around age 49, he married Marion Charlton (born in Newcastle Upon Tyne in about 1850) in the City of London in Q2 1898, and in the 1901 census they were living (no children listed) at 28 Grays Inn Road Model Flats, London; Marion died in Q1 1926 in Hackney at about age 76, and in Q2 of that year here-married, to Anna Louise Lockwood in the City of London; he made a will on 13 October 1926, at which time he was living at 9 St Andrew’s Mansions, Clapton, London E5; he died at 4 Snaithing Lane in Ecclesall, Sheffield, on 20 September 1933 at the age of 84 and leaving £1421.8.2; his widow, Anna Louise, was sole executor and sole beneficiary; his abode at the date of death was noted as 2 Avenue des Pleiades, Vevey, Switzerland.2 He married Marion Charlton in 1898 at London, England.      Lieutenant Victor Edward Denne served in an unknown place in 1915 Victor Edward, fought at Gallipoli in 1915; he was a lieutenant in the Australian Infantry Battalion and won the Military Medal; he died in London at age 33 on 26 May 1918, having married Winifred Powell in Bristol in Q3 1917; after his death, she had his son, Victor Edward D’Arcy, born in Q3 1918 in Bristol, who married a Miss Mashford in Hendon in Q4 1942. He died on 26 May 1918 at London, England.
