C.J. was adopted shortly afterwards but her name was never changed. Since Violet was in her 80's at this time she may have confused this about Caroline Horton with that of Marguerita E.A. Henry the wife of William Charles. Otherwise the birth of William Charles is wrong. Violet also says Caroline Julia had only one brother, but Samuel Faggis onthe IGI.
