built houses and fine furniture. Furniture he built was the wedding
presents for his daughters Hannah, Abigail and Lois. He was born on 1 September 1718 at Portsmouth, New Hampshire, USA. He married Sarah Thompson, daughter of John Thompson and Mary Davis, on 8 July 1747 at Durham, New Hampshire, USA.
