     Her married name was Thompson. Harriet Leigh m Thompson was born between 1801 and 1824. She married Henry Edward Thompson between 1818 and 1861. Harriet Leigh m Thompson died between 1846 and 1912.

     Her married name was Leatham. Heather Champion Thompson was born on 7 May 1854 at New Norfolk, Van Diemen's Land, Australia. She married George J. Leatham on 16 February 1875.

     Henry Edward Thompson was born between 1792 and 1821. He married Harriet Leigh m Thompson between 1818 and 1861. Henry Edward Thompson died between 1846 and 1906.

     Howard Thompson was born in 1900. He married Margaret Ann Cartland, daughter of William Waldby Cartland and Dora Adele Van Curan, between 1921 and 1948. Howard Thompson died in July 1964.

     John Thompson Maria put the name of Caroline’s father on her baptism certificate. There were several John Thompsons in Sydney at the time. The 1804 date is one used to show when their relationship existed. Maria arrived in Sydney in June 1804. Caroline was born in June 1805. Presumably she was conceived about Sept 1804.
It could also be that Maria had a real sense of humour and did not know who the father was and that some “John Thompson” got her pregnant. He married Convict Maria Riseley, daughter of Robert Riseley and (?) Mary, circa 1804.

     John Thompson was born between 1673 and 1703. He married Mary Davis circa 1723 at Durham, New Hampshire, USA. John Thompson died between 1728 and 1789.

     Leigh Amanda Thompson was born in 1877 at Wisconsin, Michigan, USA. She died on 5 June 1931 at Wilkinsburg, Pennsylvania, USA.

     Leonard Thompson was born in 1885. He married Eugine Victoria Fulton, daughter of William Alexander Bell Fulton and Alberta Alnora Ponting Screen, on 20 February 1917 at Tasmania, Australia.
